About this event

This event is for adults who want to build steadier responses to stress by practicing them during a real challenge, then carry those skills home.

Raven leads the therapeutic work before, during and after the trip. Our guides lead everything on snow. Each morning the lead guide picks the day's terrain based on conditions and the group. The overall plan for the five days stays the same.

Risks, screening and the clinical side

Winter backcountry travel carries real risks, including avalanches, cold injury, falls and slower access to medical care. Our guides manage these risks. They can't remove them.

To take part you need a screening with Raven and a readiness review with our lead guide.

This event includes therapeutic group work led by Raven within their scope of practice. It does not replace ongoing care, crisis care or medical treatment. Mount Therapy Events provides guiding and logistics, not therapy.

How to join

Participation starts with Raven Johnson. If Raven invited you, reply to their message or bring it up at your next session. Raven handles screening directly with you.
